Enjoy our restaurants with a ThinkFoodGroup Gift Card. The gift cards purchased online can be used at any ThinkFoodGroup-managed restaurant (Mercado Little SpainJaleoOyamelZaytinyaChina Chilcanobarmini and minibar by José Andrés, Beefsteak at GWU) for the purchase of goods and services. Gift cards cannot be used at any hotel partnerships.

GIFT CARD FAQs

What is the holiday promo? This year, you can get a $25 Bonus Card for every $100 gift card purchase starting on 11/23/20 through the end of the year! 

Example purchases: $100 = $25, $200 = $50, $300 = $75, etc. 

When can I use my holiday promo card? Bonus Cards can be used January 1st through June 30th, 2021 for dine-in or takeout orders. 

Does my Holiday Promo expire? Yes, the Bonus $25 must be used by June 30, 2021, but the gift cards can be used any time without expiration.  

Where can gift cards be used? All gift cards can be used at any ThinkFoodGroup-managed restaurant (Mercado Little Spain, Jaleo, Oyamel, Zaytinya, China Chilcano, barmini and minibar by José Andrés, Beefsteak at GWU) for the purchase of goods and services. Gift cards cannot be used at any hotel partnerships.

Can I use a gift card for online purchased through third party sites? Currently our gift cards are not supported on any third party-sites including Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub, Caviar, Toast, and shoplittlespain.com.

Can I use my gift card for takeout or delivery? At this time, you can only use your gift cards for takeout orders placed with the restaurant directly either via phone or in person for pick-up. Delivery orders are transactions through third-party sites which are not supported at this time.

How do I find out my card balance? To check the balance of an existing gift card please check here.

I didn’t receive my eGift card, what do I do? Check your spam or junk filter and be sure to add guest@tsg.pxsmail.com to your safe senders list. If you are still unable to locate your card, please email GiftCertificates@thinkfoodgroup.com to request a new confirmation email.

Can I purchase a physical card? Yes, you can purchase physical cards at any of our restaurants. While they are branded specifically to the restaurant where it was purchased, our cards can be used at any ThinkFoodGroup-managed restaurant.

Do I have to print out my eGift card? It is not required that you print out your eGift card. You can simply show the server or manager your phone with the card number present for them to use it.

Does my gift card expire? No, our gift cards do not expire.
