Our FastGood concepts represent José’s belief that delicious, nourishing food can be served to the many – from city street corners to college, corporate, and medical campuses to sports stadiums. Fast good means just that – good food, fast – and encompasses a variety of applications, including standalone concepts, kiosks and stalls, mobile food carts, and food trucks.

Mercado Little Spain
Mercado Little Spain is an all-day dining and market destination celebrating the delicious diversity of food and drink from all corners of España. Its three restaurants, 15 kiosks, three bars and shops represent a veritable Spanish culinary embassy for guests to dive deep into regional Spanish food, drink and culture. The concept debuted in March 2019 in New York City’s Hudson Yards, and has been lauded in the New York Times as offering “more delicious things to eat per square foot than anywhere else in New York.”
